本研究の目的は,看護系大学3年次編入学生の学士課程入学時における看護学修得上の特徴を踏まえ,編入学における導入教育方法を検討することである。編入学直後に書かれた編入生自身の看護実践レポートを研究対象とし,レポートから事例に対する看護者の認識,看護過程を振り返る認識を抽出,看護学修得上の特徴を質的帰納的に明らかにした。 分析の結果,1.医療現場の条件を自身の看護実践の限界と見做し,直面した問題に解決の方向性を見出すことができずにいる。2.自己の経験を根拠として実践するため,取り得る選択肢の幅が限定されている。3.不全感やジレンマなど経験によって生じた感情があるが故に,自己の看護過程を対象化することが困難である。4.看護過程の評価の際に,患者の自尊感情や病気の受容といった心理的側面が重要視され,看護一般の規準が適用されない。が明らかになった。以上をふまえ,編入生に看護学修得を促すには,それまでの臨床経験を対象化し,自己評価することを通して,科学的な認識の形成を促す教育内容が必要であるとの結論を得た。

The aim of this study was to consider about nursing education based on characteristics in the acquisition of nursingscience for 3rd-year registered nurse baccalaureate students in a nursing university. The research focused on nursingpractice reports written by students themselves just after beginning the 3rd-year of the course. Qualitative and inductivemethods were used to analyze the nurses' understanding of cases from their reports, and elicit cognition of reflection onthe nursing process, thereby identifying characteristics in the acquisition of nursing science.The analysis revealed the following:( 1) they considered conditions in the medical workplace to define the limitsof their own nursing practice, and were unable to find ways of solving problems they faced;( 2) their range of optionswas limited because their practice was grounded in their own experiences;( 3) due to the emotions arising from theirown experiences of dilemmas, such as the sense of inadequacy, they found it difficult to distance themselves and viewtheir own nursing practice objectively; and( 4) in evaluation of the nursing process, they tended to attach greaterimportance to psychological aspects such as the patients' self-esteem and acceptance of their illness, rather than applyingstandard criteria of nursing. Given the facts described above, we have come up with the conclusion that in orderto encourage the students to learn nursing, a form of education to allow them foster scientific awareness is required bymeans of having them consider the objectified clinical trials and having them conduct self-evaluations.
