本稿は，2016年6月12日に開催された日本教育経営学会第56回大会で発表した内容を加筆・修正したものである。なお，本研究は，科学研究費補助金 基盤研究（C）「特色ある開かれた学校づくりに資する職員室文化の発掘と継承に関する研究」（研究課題番号：JP23531060，研究代表者：林孝），科学研究費補助金 基盤研究（C）「『職員室文化』の継承による学校づくり推進のための力量形成に関する研究」（研究課題番号：JP15k04299，研究代表者：林孝）の継続的な研究成果の一部である。
The purpose of this paper is to identify the appearance of "Shokuinshitu (faculty room) culture", which contributes to the development of competence among faculty members, through an analysis of interviews with one in-service teacher. These interviews were analyzed using SCAT proposed by Otani (2008) on a trial basis.As a result, the following two situations were identified. 1) "Teacher A" examined the "efforts that had become tradition at the school" and learned the facts regarding the thoughts and expectations of the local community. In addition, through his involvement with children efforts and efforts as a teacher, he tried to reconstitute the meaning of understanding children and collaborating & cooperating with parents. This encouraged him to rebuild his ability as a teacher. 2) "Teacher A" noticed the current state of the "purpose of means" seen in long-standing and worthwhile efforts at "Primary School A". So, he recalled the values that were important in the day-to-day educational activities that teachers and staff inherited frequently in the schools where he had worked so far. This led him to make proposals contributing to school development engaged in distinctive education unique to "Primary School A".
