[要約] 本研究では，就学前算数教育プログラムを実現させるために，就学前教育機関の教師等を対象とした研修プログラムを具体化することを目指している。そのため，本研究の目的は就学前算数教育機関の研修における「教材研究」場面の実際を明らかにする。そのために，まず，就学前算数教育のための研修のあり方について提案し，それに基づいて計画されたプログラムの中の「教材研究」の重要性を明らかにし，かさ比べの活動を例として，研修の実際を記述する。その結果，かさ比べの活動を通した研修を具体化でき，そのための留意点として，算数の専門家によるテーマの提案，幼稚園の年少，年中や小学校１年生の活動も併せて考える小学校教員と共に行う教材研究，教師自身が実際に活動しながら教材研究し，意見交換をする場の設定を示すことができた。

[SUMMARY] The purpose of this research is to realize the professional learning program for teachers of a preschool education organization, etc., in order to propose the elementary mathematical educational program before entering school. Therefore, we clarify the actual condition of the kyozai kennkyu scene in training of the mathematical educational facilities before entering school. In order to achieve the purpose, first I describe professional learning of the mathematics education before entering school, clarify the importance of kyozai kennkyu in the program planned based on it, and show the actual condition of the professional learning through the activity of measuring quantity of water. As a result, I realized the professional learning through the activity of measuring quantity of water. The followings are important matters for it: Proposing the theme of activity by mathematical educational researcher, doing kyozai kennkyu with elementary school teachers about the activities by second graders in kindergarten and first graders in elementary school, setting the situations of doing kyozai kennkyu and exchanging of teachers’ opinions.
