The aim of this study was clarifying the awareness of wood utilization, wooden-product in childcare workers including kindergarten teachers. A questionnaire asked childcare workers their awareness towards current situation of facilities and their opinions regarding using wooden-products.The results of the survey showed that many wooden-furniture and fittings like table, chair and rocker have been using in most early childhood education, but they have been using articles of consumption like toy, play equipment, or teaching material which made from other materials. The survey also revealed that many of childcare workers lack of knowledge and experience about wooden-products like timber or log, although many of them would like to use wood and wooden-products in daily activities. More importance has been attached to diversity of play when they pick up wooden toy but also safety, sanitary, durability in early childhood education.
