The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the instruction method of letting students to write considerations of the experiment. The instruction in the experimental group makes learners know necessary elements of the consideration to write the discussion. The instruction of the other group used only fixed sentence patterns to write consideration of the experiment. As for the result, we can say that the experimental group performed better than the other group in describing their observations with needful elements. Therefore, the experiment suggests that making learners understand necessary elements of the consideration is an effective way to advance the ability to describe their discussion.
