Abstract

【目的】ストレス対処資源である統御感の測定尺度SOMS(Sense of Mastery Scale)は、Togari et al. により日本語版が作成されている。本研究は、看護師におけるSOMSの計量心理学的特性を確認することを目的とした。 / 【方法】調査は看護師を対象に無記名自記式調査票を用いて実施し、1505名から回答を得た(回収率48.7％)。SOMS-7項目版(SOMS-7)とSOMS-5項目版(SOMS-5)の信頼性は内的整合性を評価し、妥当性は基準関連妥当性と構成概念妥当性、交差妥当性を確認した。 / 【結果】分析にはSOMSに欠測がない1486件を用いた。SOMS-5は、本分析対象においても内的整合性が確認され、妥当性は併存妥当性と収束概念妥当性を認め、因子妥当性も許容範囲にあった。SOMS-7は7項目中2項目の因子帰属がみとめられず、内的整合性を検証できなかった。 / 【考察】SOMS-5の信頼性と妥当性が確認された。今後、縦断的調査により予測妥当性、弁別妥当性を検討し、妥当性の検証を重ねる必要がある。

【Aims】A Japanese version of the Sense of Mastery Scale(SOMS) for measuring the degree of perceived control, which is considered to be a resource for stress coping, has been translated by Togari et al.(2015). The current study aimed to investigate the psychometric characteristics of the SOMS among nurses. / 【Methods】We conducted an anonymous self-report survey on nurses, to which 1,505 nurses responded (response rate of 48.7%). For reliability of the SOMS 7-item(SOMS-7) and the SOMS 5-item(SOMS-5) versions, internal consistency was evaluated. For criterion-related validity, construct validity, and cross-validations were assessed. / 【Results】Responses from 1,486 nurses, which had no missing data on the SOMS, were included in the analysis. The SOMS-5 demonstrated good internal consistency, concurrent validity, and convergent validity, and had an acceptable factorial validity. For the SOMS-7, internal consistency could not be validated as factor loadings for 2 out of the 7 items were not satisfactory. The two nurse groups yielded similar results for the above analyses. / 【Discussion】In the current sample, reliability and validity were confirmed for only the SOMS-5. Further examinations of validity are necessary through investigating predictive validity and discriminatory validity with longitudinal studies.
