本研究の目的は、障害児者の犯罪被害を調査し、その実態と課題を明らかにすることである。2017年5 月から10 月にかけて大阪府内の障害者8 人に調査を実施した。また、障害のある小学生の保護者4 名と障害者支援施設の施設長にインタビュー調査を行った。調査の結果、複数の障害者が窃盗や暴行の被害を受けている実態が明らかになった。女性では性的な被害の報告もあった。知的障害や精神障害のある人は被害を受けても被害を受けた事実を相談することが難しいという課題があった。

The purpose of this study is investigation of actual circumstances of crime victims concerning challenged person. We conducted this investigation in 2017 (from May to August) in Osaka prefecture. Eight Challenged people were participated in this interview survey. In addition, the facility manager and 5 parents who have challenged kids were also participated in this study. As a result, Challenged people who participated in this study reported that the experience of crime victims concerning theft and violence. Some women reported sexual harassment. Results from this investigation indicate that challenged person who has intellectual disability or mental disorder tends to have difficulties concerning consulting about their crime victims.
