Abstract
From 1949, China adopted the democratic centralized system, and the Communist Party of China has guided everything. Moreover, from 2012, Xi Jinping regime has created a slogan such as“ be loyal to the Party”,“ keep in alignment”,“ firmly uphold the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core”, and through educational and propagational activities endeavor to increase the Party member’s understanding. Therefore, in this paper, we focus on military sector, and analyse the China’s Policy such as publishing authorized books, promoting educational activities, and human resource assessment.
