インターネットの普及、およびそのサービスの発展が著しく、インターネット依存（以下、ネット依存）の懸念が広がっている。また、メンタルヘルスとの関連も危惧されている。本研究では、大学 1 年次生を対象に、アンケート調査を実施した。その結果、ネット依存の傾向がある学生は、メンタルヘルスに悪い影響を及ぼしていた。特に、春から冬にかけてネット依存の傾向が見られた学生は、生活習慣においても影響を及ぼしていることが明らかとなった。;As the Internet becomes progressively more diffuse and its services develop, Internet dependence is becoming a widespread concern. In addition, the connection of the mental health is felt uneasy about, too. This study researched questionary survey for university freshmen. As a result, the student who tended to be the Internet dependence had a bad influence on the mental health. Perticularly, as for the student whom a internet dependent tendency was seen in from spring to the winter, what I had an influence on in the lifestyle became clear.
