Abstract

P(論文)

In order to confirm the efficacy of the medicine and early detection of adverse effects, we created a virtual physical assessment for e-learning materials for pharmacists/pharmacy students, which is available on the internet free of charge. In the breakdown of user attributes, pharmacists were the most frequent users, followed by pharmacy students, nurses, nutritionists, and others. “How to use a stethoscope” was the most commonly accessed item in basic learning.“ Hearing heart sounds” had the highest average access time. Furthermore, the access number for heart sounds was the highest from among the items in“ listening to sounds” in case learning. This suggested that the learner was interested in listening to heart sounds using a stethoscope. Moreover, the accuracy rate of normal sounds of the lungs, heart and bowels was approximately 80%, but for abnormal sounds, it was less than 50%, except for bubbling rale and Cheyne-Stokes respiration. In the future, the problems found in these educational outcomes need to be improved and used to create better teaching materials.
