Higher order net baryon number cumulants in the strong coupling lattice QCD

抄録

We study the net-baryon number cumulant ratios, Ss and ks[2], at finite temperature and baryon chemical potential in the strong coupling and chiral limits of the lattice QCD. We find non- monotonic behaviors of the cumulant ratios as functions of T in the vicinity of the phase boundary at m=T = 0:2 and 0:8, as expected from the O(4) scaling function analysis. In particular, we also find that there is a region where the cumulant ratios become negative when approaching to the expected tricritical point probably due to the finite size effect.
