Abstract

This article analyzes the Communist movement of Koreans and the policy regarding Koreans in the Chinese Communist Party, in the North east region of China during the war of Resistance against Japan from the 1920s. These Koreans formed the Communist Party of Korea, promoting a Socialist Educational Movement. However, the Communist Party of Korea was incorporated into the Chinese Communist Party by directions of Communist International. It triggered ethnic confl ict between Chinese people and Koreans. Which was then resolved through the August First Declaration which changed the situation. This research clarifies the above described historical process.
