Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clear circumstances and problems of mutual learning among teachers through communication about the class, based on an example investigation in X city Y senior high school. As the first step in analysis, I arranged the Present issues to surround young teachers, and it about developing teaching competence of teacher in the school. Then, I clarified mutual learning among teachers through communication about the class, based on the class observation in high school and the analysis of the free description. Finally, I showed a problems about being careful about the quality of the meeting between teacher, and the multi-layer characteristics of a host and the content to learn, when we place class practice by the combination as the developing teaching competence and care system for young teachers in the schools.
