本研究の目的は，日本の大学において，ロールプレイ(RP)がカウンセラー教育でどのような活用のされ方をしているのかを調査し，今後のカウンセラー教育プログラムを考える上での示唆を得ることである。155校の学部授業シラバスを対象とした調査を行った。調査内容としては，「授業名」，「担当者の専門」，「受講可能学年」，「RPを行う授業回数」，「RPの内容を中心とした授業の内容」であった。結果として，①担当者の専門としては「臨床心理学」が最も多く，その他にも心理臨床に関するものが多かった。②受講可能学年では「3年生」が分析対象の半数以上を占めていた。③RPを行う授業回数としては「1-3回」が最も多かったが，「10回以上」も20%程度みられた。④授業内容としては，「マイクロスキル」が最も多く，カウンセリングの基本的スキルをトレーニングする内容が多いことが明らかになった。

The purpose of this paper was to consider how to use role play (RP) in counselor training contents for undergraduate students. 155 university were target of this survey, “name of course”, “specialty of trainer”, “frequency of RP practice”, “target grade”, and “contents” were extracted from syllabuses and analyzed. Results indicated that, a) ‘clinical psychology’ was the most popular in “specialty of trainer”, b) in the “target grade”, ‘third graders’ accounted for more than half of the subjects, c) ‘1-3 times’ was the most frequent number of classes to do RP, but ‘10 times and more’ were about 20%, d) as the “content of the classes”, ‘micro-skills’ was the most frequent, and many of them trained the basic skills of counseling.
