Abstract

教員養成のカリキュラム改善の基礎的資料を得ることを目的に,秋田大学を卒業後,講師を経験せずに採用された初任者教員の状況について把握するための予備調査を行った.質問紙は秋田県教員育成協議会が公表した教員育成指標に基づき作成した.調査の結果,秋田県では,管理職は初任者に対して寛容な評価をする傾向があり,校長を対象とした全国調査結果とは異なる状況がみられた.また,初任者は自己を厳しく評価する傾向があり,特に,「授業づくりと学びの創造」の項目においては肯定的回答率が指導担当の評価を大幅に下回るなどの傾向がみられた.今回の予備調査から見い出された,これらいくつかの傾向を整理し,本調査において継続的に状況を把握するべき事柄,及び調査の実施において配慮するべきことを明らかにした.We conducted a preliminary survey on the situation of teachers employed at elementary school immediately after graduating from Akita University with the aim of obtaining basic materials for improving teacher training curriculum. The questionnaire was prepared based on the teacher training index developed by the Akita Teacher Training Council. As a result of the survey, in Akita prefecture, the management staffs tended to make a tolerant assessment for the newly adopted teachers, and there was a situation different from the result of the nationwide survey targeting the principals. In addition, the new adopted teachers tended to evaluate themmselves severely, and in particular, in the item of "Creating lessons and creating learning", there was a tendency that the positive evaluation was significantly lower than the evaluation of managerial positions. By organizing these trends found from this preliminary survey, we clarified what should be continuously grasped in this survey and what should be taken into consideration when conducting the survey.
