In this research, we conducted laboratory experiments and demonstration experiments using subjects. In laboratory experiments we set up two light sources: the first with an LED and the other with OLED. The subjects' brain waves, number of blinks, nasal skin temperature, and brain waves were measured for evaluation of their physiological responses to the lighting source. SD method was used as psychological responses. From the physiological response analysis, some subjects had higher α / α + β under OLED than under LED. The results of the SD method were reported to have some differences between the two lighting sources. We conducted an actual survey to evaluate OLED at hospital. Heart rate was used as a physiological response, and SD method was used as psychological response. Heart rate did not differ according to lighting source, but using OLED was more psychologically better than LED.
