Abstract

The most effective and efficient form of administrative document management for the operation of the administration is currently unclear. In the current study, the reform plans of the ruling party and the opposition party bill were analyzed. In addition the discussion of the official document management committee was analyzed, and the fundamental problems were clarified. Finally, a revised draft was produced.
