A principal practiced educational activities that referenced the “Professional standards of schoolprincipals” by his management of leadership. As results, he could confirm the effectiveness. And the principal created conditions of the lesson improvement based on collaborative learning method, he could be realized high-quality school management, academic improvement of students and teaching skills improvement of teachers.
