Abstract

本論文は、既存超高層建物の長周期地震動対策として、下層部にのみ粘性減衰型オイルダンパーを配置する部分制振補強を提案し、履歴減衰型鋼製ダンパーを用いた場合の応答性状との比較検討を通して、その有用性を報告するものである。検討の結果、部分配置した場合においてもオイルダンパーは有効に機能し、長周期地震動に対して応答低減効果を示した。さらに、鋼製ダンパーを採用した場合に比べてダンパーの設置層と非設置層における層間変形の変化は緩和されることを確認した。

This paper describes an effectiveness of partial retrofitting with viscous oil damper as a vibration control method of the existing high-rise buildings under the long-period ground motions. The validity is verified by the comparison between the seismic response of the case adopting the hysteresis damper, and the sudden change of the deformation in the damper installed stories and the non-installed stories is suppressed by adopting oil damper
