Background : Few studies have investigated changes in insulin dose of Japanese patients with type 1 diabetes with regard to patients' age. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate it of the patients who were using insulin pump to help adjust each patient's insulin setting. / Methods : This study included 35 Japanese patients with type 1 diabetes aged <45 years who used Minimed 620G^(R), a type of insulin pump. Data on pump settings were retrospectively evaluated using the Carelink® system, which analyze data of insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor.
