抄録

This paper will clarify the current situation and problems of curriculum management at an ordinary high school in Shizuoka prefecture and present practical measures to overcome the problem through the in-school training where I belonged to. The current situation of the ordinary high school's curriculum management in Shizuoka prefecture is that it is difficult to secure time and opportunity to cooperate and share from business, and also difficult to change the teachers' consciousness from working individually to collaboratively. From this point, it was considered that it was effective to discuss business improvement in workshop type in-school training which could be expected as a place for communication among teachers. Therefore, a workshop on "regarded work time amount survey" for business improvement was conducted for in-school training at the school I belonged to referring to advanced cases. From the practice of this in-school training, it became apparent that the interest for business improvement was low since it was not understood that curriculum management was related to educational activities and management activities. Also, it was difficult for the teachers to grasp their total amount of work including the contents and the responsibilities (workload) since their work covered various areas. Therefore, in order to realize business improvement and to change their consciousness, it is considered that it is effective for teachers to grasp their actual situation by making the contents and responsibilities (workload) of their whole work apparent.
