Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present condition of Japanese digital government, arrange the problems, and prepare for clarifying those problems by positive analysis. Specially, the present condition, problems, and the existing results of researches on the information system investment evaluation, a legacy system, information system integration, and cloud computing in a digital government are arranged.
