This is the second study for the analysis of the incipient scientific thinking of the early years children. This case showed the activities of four year olds in the garden of the nursery school in Tokyo. Using the Activity Mapping method, the incipient scientific thinking of children was analyzed. It was shown that the every children that was researched showed the incipient scientific thinking, such as the sharing results that they found through the observation and the attempt to determine the food habits of turtles. The constructing of the concept of "respect for life" was also shown in this case.
