抄録

本稿では授業実践報告として20XX年度に行われた「B基礎演習Ⅱ」の授業実践内容を報告した。特に保育者の資質向上における養成段階での大学の自主性、独自性を発揮した教育内容について着目して報告を行った。その結果、保育方法の実践的学習に関しては、制作した遊具を組み合せて保育の環境を構成する実践的学習を行っていること、またプレイルームマネジメントを通して、「トップマネジメント」「ミドルマネジメント」「ロワーマネジメント」等多層的なマネジメントやリーダーシップやフォロアーシップを学ぶことができていたと推測された。

The goals of the report were to consider active learning class about playroom management in University. This paper reported on autonomy and individuality education contents in childcare workers training education. As a result of class, many students have learned support methods for children through experiences of active learning class about playroom management. In addition, many students have learned management about“top management”“middle management”“lower management”and readership- followership.
