大学の経営学専門科目における自立型学習モデルの構築 ― 知識伝達型科目における「教えない授業」 ―

抄録

本研究の目的は，経営学の専門科目における，学生の自立型学習を支援するための授業モデル，いわゆる「教えない授業」の構築を検討することである。大学の経営学の授業では，これまで講義による知識伝達型授業が広くおこなわれてきた。しかし，大学の大衆化による学生の多様化と社会が求める学生像の変化に伴い，従来の講義主体の授業は，学生が主体的に学ぶ授業，すなわち自立型学習を支援する授業に変えていくことが求められる。筆者はこれまで，事前課題を重視する授業，協同学習など，様々な授業方法を実践してきた。これらの授業実践の結果から，大学で経営学を学ぶ学生の，自立型学習を支援するための授業モデル構築の方向性について述べる。

Lectures are one of the widely used teaching methods in business administration classes at universities. However, to cater to the diversification of student needs due to the popularization of universities and the changes of demands for students by society, we must change teaching methods from lecture-based to others for supporting students to study independently. The author has been practicing various class methods, such as assignments learning and cooperative learning. Based on the results of these practices, this paper describes how to construct a non-teaching class method to support independent learning for the students studying business administration courses at universities.
