The Japanese government drafted a sports policy for war after the war broke out between Japan and China in 1937. The Japan Ski Association has been running ski parades throughout Japan since 1939. The purpose of this study is to clarify the process and content of the 1939 ski parade. The results are as follows: The Japan Ski Association organized a ski parade nationwide on February 26, 1939, and planned to train the body and spirit of the people in preparation for the war. The Japan Ski Association has ordered all branches in Japan to conduct a ski parade. On February 25, ski parades were held in Sakhalin, Hokkaido, Aomori, Akita, Nagano, Toyama, Fukui, Noki, Kyoto, Okayama, and Miyagi. The main venue in Japan was Kirigamine Ski Area in Nagano, and the opening ceremony started at 10:00. The spirit was inspired by the ceremony, and physical strength was developed at the ski parade after the closing ceremony.
