The second section is to analyze the policy for the minority people from pluralism united theory, folk equal theory, and folk integration theory. The third section is to summarize the previous research about Chinese minority education recently including minority curriculum, bilingual education, and a folk identity. The last section is aiming to show the necessity of the Recognition on the variety of minorities from the viewpoint on the plurality of identity.
