The purpose of this study is to clarify how viewpoint of class management and homeroom activities in Teacher Training Course is depending on the learning motivation to acquire capability of teachers. Therefore, this study analyzed the reports of students who took Teacher Training Course. As a result, it became clear that students with high learning motivation had a multifaceted perspective on class management and homeroom activities.
