Abstract

This study investigates the activities of children's halls. And it aims at clarifying the factor of the activation of the future children's halls. As a result, the following was found. The number of users increases in children's halls where many staff with specialized qualifications are located. The assignment of staff with long working years is effective in implementing the activities of children's halls in the children's halls guidelines. The number of users increases in children's halls where full-time directors are assigned. The placement of a full-time director is effective in implementing activities for children's halls based on guidelines for children's halls. The number of users increases in children's halls where activities of children's halls based on the guidelines for children's halls are implemented in various ways.
