抄録

Germany, which is famous for its environmental policy and environmental education, changes its energy policy into an antinuclear policy and promotes renewable energy. The Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Germany (BMEL) is advancing the "Towards a bio-energy village" project. In fact, bio-energy villages are increasing every year. This paper aims to clarify the features of a “Towards a bio-energy village” project in Germany, comparing it with the biomastown plans in Japan.
