本稿は,行動理論にもとづいた,問題を起こりにくくする「能動的な」学級経営方略のトレーニング方法を,学級経営方略に関するこれまでの研究知見と教室内での教師行動の観察データを元に提案するものである。わが国では学級経営に関する研究が乏しく,特に教室内での行動のマネジメントに焦点を当てた学級経営法とそのトレーニング方法は皆無である。しかしながら,学習や行動で困難を抱える子どもはどのクラスにも存在するといって過言ではなく,教員となる学生は,授業に参加できないなどの教室内で起こる問題に対処する教師行動のレパートリーを持って現場に出ることが望まれる。本稿では,教員養成課程の最終学年に開講される「教職実践演習」における「ミニ講座」として行われた,能動的な学級経営法のトレーニングの具体的な内容と受講生の反応について報告し,今後の課題についてまとめた。

This article proposes a training method of proactive classroom management skills for preserves teachers, based on empirical knowledge on classroom management strategies and observation of teachers' behaviors in the classrooms. Teachers encounter children's behavioral problems almost at any classroom. Preserves teachers are expected to develop a good repertory of classroom management strategies preventing and dealing with behavioral problems in the classroom by the time they start their serves; however, classroom management and its training method have not been well established in Japan. The training reported in this article is conducted as an elective part of a required course in a university's teacher education program. Training components, details and response from the participants are described. Finally, future direction is discussed.
