Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to verify the students' view of lesson, who has different cultural backgrounds in teacher training. According to the globalization of society, it is required to foster a wide variety of perspectives, ways of thinking, and attitudes. In order to develop such abilities, it is important to formulate a project based on common experience while assuming contact with students from different cultural backgrounds. We clarify the specifics of the "social studies education program" planned based on this hypothesis, with Japanese and Korean students. Furthermore, from the descriptions by the students who received common lesson study, Japanese and Korean students' view of lessons was analyzed.
