本論文では,中学校教員を対象とするアクティブ・ラーニングに関する集合研修の年間カリキュラムを開発し,3年間にわたって実践・評価した。参加者の自己評価,研修における成果物,参加者が担当する生徒の授業での印象を分析した結果,基本的な授業づくりや研修の設計について,一定の効果が認められた。一方,授業づくりについて教科を越えた知識・技術の獲得を目指す授業づくりや,実際の研修運営スキルの育成については課題が残った。

In this paper, the authors developed an annual curriculum of off-the-job training on active learning for junior high school teachers, and implemented and evaluated it for three years. As a result of analyzing the participant's self-assessment, the materials by the participants in the training, and the impression of the student in charge of the participant's class, certain effects were recognized in the basic class design and the training design skills. On the other hand, there were still problems in creating classes that aim to acquire knowledge and skills beyond the subjects of class creation, and fostering actual training management skills.
