In this research, I consider the integration of the technical seeds and market needs in the stage of concept decision, in order to lead product development to the success. In it, I propose the vision initiative concept which presents the thought of the concept by the hypothesis. The following management is needed, in order to decide upon the concept clearly and to advance the development process smoothly. The 1st is searching for the market needs or subjects, and analyzing them. The 2nd is clarifying the target. The 3rd is evaluating and verifying the concept through the mutual communication with the market. The 4th is agreeing and sharing the concept among the development member.
