Abstract

本研究の目的は,教育ニードの高さと看護専門職者としての望ましい状態に近づくために看護師が学習すべき側面を特定する教育ニードアセスメントツールを開発することである。教育ニードとは,看護専門職者としての望ましい状態に近づくための教育の必要性である。教育ニードアセスメントツールの開発は,(1)先行研究の結果である病院に就業する看護職者の望ましい状態7側面を基盤とした質問項目の作成と尺度化,(2)質問項目の内容的妥当性の検討と修正,(3)調査実施による質問項目の分析と選択,(4)選択した質問項目により再構成したアセスメントツールの信頼性・妥当性の検討の手続きを経た。調査に用いた測定用具は,7下位尺度56質問項目からなるアセスメントツールであった。対象は,無作為抽出した全国の病院300施設のうち,看護管理責任者が承諾した128施設に就業する看護職者1,941名であった。質問紙回収数は1,008部(回収率51.9%)であり,このうち全質問項目に回答のあった938部を分析対象とした。クロンバックα信頼性係数,項目間相関,I-T相関(項目-全体)の分析,因子分析の結果に基づき,合計21項目を削除し,35項目を選択した。再構成したアセスメントツールのクロンバックα信頼性係数は0.94であり,このアセスメントツールが内的整合性を確保していることを示した。また,因子分析の結果は,アセスメントツールが構成概念妥当性を確保していることを示した。

The purpose of this study was to develop Educational Needs Assessment Tool for Clinical Nurse, which had reliability and validity. Fifty-six items were made based on seven aspects. The seven aspects were the findings of qualitative research, and showed desirable situation of hospital-based nurse perceived by the other nurse. These aspects are feasible to be used as viable indicator for staff development. Expert panel discussion and pilot study were conducted to establish content validity. Educational Needs Assessment Tool for Clinical Nurse was 4-point Likert Scale with fifty-six items. The instrument packets, including the tool and a demographic questionnaire, were distributed to randomly sampled 1941 nurses of 128 hospitals in Japan. 1008 (51.9%) nurses responded, and 938 valid data were analyzed. The 35 items were selected based on the result of item analysis. Chronbach alpha of the item-select version was .94. Factor analysis was used test construct validity of it. The result shows that item select version reflected 7 aspects which was the base of item, and then the construct validity was confirmed.
