In this study, we analyzed “examples of considerations for children unmotivated into sport and exercise,” consisting of 1305 words, 70 sentences, in the manual of the national curriculum guideline for elementary schools (physical education edition), using word frequency analysis. As the result of analysis by domain and as a whole, the instructional considerations focusing on the relationship among learners, represented by the word "friend" and the word "peer," and those focusing on the design of both learning environment and practice tasks, represented by the word "place" and the word "setting," are recognized as prominent features.
