As is well known, in China, the urbanization rate of the Chinese population has been increasing year by year due to the effects of economic development and industrialization since the implementation of the reform and opening policy, especially since the 1990s. Young people in many rural populations are moving to urban areas for higher education and employment in commerce and industry. This is a situation that is unavoidable to some extent in economic development, but in rural areas, this migration phenomenon has led to a decrease in the young labor force in rural areas and a decline in agriculture, which has a large negative impact on rural economies. It is also a fact that it has an influence on. Under these circumstances, such movement behavior of farmers is remarkable even in the rural areas of Jarud Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, which was set as the survey area in this paper. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed the current situation and factors of the outflow of the rural labor force, focusing on the results of the farmer survey in the rural areas of Inner Mongolia.
