抄録

Two neutral steryl lipids (acylsterol and free sterol) and one polar steryl lipid, probably sterylglycoside, were separated from Maitake Mushroom (Grifola frondosa var. tokachiana WMX 12-8), and their chemical constituents were analyzed. The relative ratio of these lipids was approximately 1:6:<0.1. The sterol compositions in the acyl and free types were similar. Ergosterol was commonly predominant, whereas fungisterol was present at a low level. As methylsterols, which were minor, lanosterol, 24-methylene-24-dihydrolanosterol and 4 α-methyl-8, 24 (28)-ergostadienol were characterized. The relative ratios were different in the two lipid classes. The major species of polar steryl lipid were presumed to be glucosyl-tetraenic C28 sterol and glucosyl-dienic C29 sterol.
