抄録

Angiomyomas are commonly observed in the skin, especially in the subcutaneous region of the lower extremities. But in the oral cavity, these tumors are rare due to the paucity of smooth muscle. Most oral angiomyomas are believed to be derived from vascular smooth muscle.<BR>In this paper, a rare case of angiomyoma of the buccal mucosa is presented and the literature reviewed.
