抄録

PB-Ix which may accumulate because of low renal excretion, are presumed to compete with other substances at the binding sites of albumin. PB-Ix identified with hippurate and middle molecular 2a, 2b, were removed more easily with hemodiafiltration than hemodialysis or hemofiltration.<br>However, those treatment could not reduce the increased PB-Ix activities, while only CAPD was able to restore them near to normal values.
