抄録

C-Terminal hexapeptide analogs of substance P (SP) were synthesized by a solid-phase method. These analogs, [Dab⁶]-SP(6-11), [Orn⁶]-SP(6-11), and [Lys⁶]-SP(6-11), showed a contractile activity on an isolated guinea-pig ilum.
