抄録
Chloroacetonitrile was transformed into aliphatic and alicyclic nitriles through (dimethyldithiocarbamoylthio)acetonitrile. The key steps in the synthetic route consisted of mono- and dialkylation via sulfur-stabilized carbanion and homolytic desulfurization using tributyltin hydride.
