Abstract

インフォームドコンセントが得られた健康な女子大生 <tt>56 </tt>名(平均年齢 <tt>18.3 </tt>歳)を便秘群、非便秘群の2群に分け、<tt><i>Lactobacillus brevis </i></tt>(<tt><i>L. brevis </i></tt>)<tt>subsp</tt><tt><i>. coagulans </i></tt>により乳酸発酵させた漬物食品摂取後の便秘改善効果を検討した。<tt>GABA </tt>含有漬物摂取後、摂取前は排便後に残便感を感じるものが多い便秘群において摂取後は減少し、何も感じないものが増加することが観察された。すなわち <tt>GABA </tt>含有漬物の摂食により、若干の排便日数の増加、便の形状の改善、排便後の感覚の改善が見られ、総体的に緩やかな便秘改善効果が見出された。

<tt>Non-invasive treatments for constipation of healthy subjects (56 female university students:18.3 average years of age) were conducted by daily taking in the pickled vegetables for 2 weeks. The subjects were divided equally in two groups for taking pickles containing gamma-aminobutyric acid after fermented with </tt><tt><i>Lactobacillus brevi</i></tt><tt>s or non-fermented pickles as placebo. Not great differences in blood fatty acids were observed between two groups. However, the groups fed with fermented pickles had not atypical presentation of fecal impactions and frustrating fecal incontinence was attenuated</tt><tt>. </tt>
