• S状結腸間膜より発生したhemangiopericytomaの1例

Abstract

A case of hemangiopericytoma of the mesosigmoid is reported. The patient, a 62-year-old male was seen at the hospital because of dysuria and a lower abdominal mass. CT scan and angiography revealed a tumor of the mesosigmoid. The tumor was excised through abdominally. Histological findings showed it was a benign hemangiopericytoma. There has been no recurrence as of 24 months after the operation, and the patient is followed on an ambulant basis.
