Each group consists of 12 rats, and they were functinally assessed by sciatic functional index 6 weeks after neurorrhaphy. After sacrifice, each specimen was histrogically evaluated.<br>The results showed no significant differences among three groups so far, and any adverse effect of cisplatin on nerve regeneration was proved.
