Group 2: The dosage of cisplatin was 1.5mg/kg, it was administrated in the same manner. Group 3: Saline were injected in the same manner as a control. Each group consists of 12 rats, and they were functinally assessed by sciatic functional index 6 weeks after neurorrhaphy. After sacrifice, each specimen was histrogically evaluated.<br>The results showed no significant differences among three groups so far, and any adverse effect of cisplatin on nerve regeneration was proved.
