Abstract

Description was made on a high resistance meter using an electronic potentiometer of dynamic capcitor type. This kind of potentiometer has been used originally for the measurement of surface potential. In the present paper, two examples were given, designed and constructed on the same principle, having the resistance sensitivties of 10¹⁴ and 10¹⁵Ω respectively. One was manual and the other of automatic, type connected to a recording milli-ammeter. Some experimental results were also given in regard to circuit elements which are especially required to have a good insulating quality; namely, condensers of various types land electron tubes under several conditions.
