抄録

For net-frequency control, especially by Tieline Bias Control, and its metering, it is necessary to convert frequency into D.C. current. For its purpose, we made the "Frequency-D.C. current Converter, " utilizing the torque balance system, generally used in telemetering. In this paper, we will explain its operation and its characteristics, experimentally and somewhat theoretically.
