Structures of Osoic Acids and Related Compounds, Metabolites of Oospora sulphurea-ochracea v. BEYMA.

抄録

The structures of the metabolites of Oospora sulphurea-ochracea v. BEYMA, compounds A, D, and F (dimethylosoic acid-I, trimethylosoic acid I and monomethylosoic acid), were proved to be diphenyl ethers (XV : R¹=R⁴=CH₃ ; R²=R³=R⁵=H ; R¹=R²=R⁴=CH₃ ; R³=R⁵=H ; and R⁴=CH₃ ; R¹=R²=R³=R⁵=H) and compound A was proved to be identical with asterric acid²⁴⁾ produced by Aspergillus terreus THOM. Other metabolite of the mold, compounds C and E, were respectively expressed by compound A monoacetate (XV : R¹=R⁴=CH₃ ; R²=R³=H ; R⁵=COCH₃) and bisdechlorogeodin (XVIII : X=H ; R=CH₃). Biogenetic sequence of these metabolites was discussed.
