抄録

^<13>C and ¹H nuclear magnetic resonance chemical shifts of 5-substituted pyrimidine derivatives were measured. The linear correlations of the chemical shifts between 5-substituted pyrimidines vs. monosubstituted benzenes, 3-substituted pyridines or substituent constants were revealed, and the chemical shift of pyrimidine derivatives can be predicted by the additivity rule.
