抄録

The capital relocation of the national assembly and central government has been paid attention inrecent years. For the social significance judgement of such capital relocation project, its effects should be grasped and quatitatively measured. This study proposes consequently the “Interregional Benefit Incidence Matrix” to indicate each effect of this relocation on the Tokyo area, the new capital area, other areas, and the relocated government itself, respectively. In this way this matrix can give a comprehensive angle from the viewpoint of whole a country and a nation. Also it is possible to grasp and locate more detail items consistent with the total system.
